If you are under 21 and caught with alcohol at a park (not driving), what can happen?
- Only a verbal warning
- No penalty if not driving
- Court can order DMV to suspend your license — correct answer
Why
You do not have to be driving. Under-21 alcohol possession anywhere can cost you your driving privilege by court order.
