Topic 8 · Emergencies and Unforeseen Situations
As part of a reexamination, the DMV may:
- Require you to take a knowledge, vision or driving test — correct answer
- Revoke the license without any further process
- Only send a written warning
Why
The DMV may request medical information, conduct the reexamination in person or by phone, require tests, issue a limited term license, suspend immediately if there is an immediate threat, or take no action at all. (Section 12, Reexamination.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
