When your car is blocking a lane after a breakdown, you should:
- Call 911 to advise CHP — correct answer
- Try to push the car into traffic
- Leave your car and walk away
Why
Call 911 so CHP can protect the scene. A vehicle stopped in a live lane is an immediate danger to everyone approaching.
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
