Topic 2 · Requirements and Process
Before practicing driving, you must have:
- An instruction permit — correct answer
- A driver’s license
- A commercial license
Why
You cannot practice on public roads without an instruction permit — and under 18 it is not valid until an instructor validates it. (Handbook, Section 2.)
