Who must accompany you to your driving test if you are under 18?
- A friend with a permit
- A licensed adult, such as your parent or instructor — correct answer
- No one; you may drive alone
Why
You need a licensed adult with you — someone who can legally drive the vehicle away if you do not pass. (Handbook, Section 3.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
