If the other party in a crash refuses to exchange information, you should:
- Let them go and don't tell anyone
- Leave the scene immediately
- Try to get their license plate and vehicle description — correct answer
Why
Record the license plate, the vehicle description and the direction they went, then call law enforcement.
Practise this in the real format
