If you witness another driver texting and causing a crash, what should you do?
- Argue with them at the scene
- Note and write down their behavior for the report — correct answer
- Ignore it as it's not your responsibility
Why
Write down what you saw as soon as you can, while the detail is fresh. Contemporaneous notes carry weight later.
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
