If your vehicle breaks down on a highway at night, you should:
- Use your hazard lights or parking lights so others can see your vehicle — correct answer
- Turn off all lights
- Only raise your hood
Why
Make the vehicle visible. Hazard lights or parking lights are what stop another driver from arriving at your bumper at full speed in the dark.
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
