You may make a U-turn in a residential district when:
- There is no traffic light at the corner
- No vehicles are approaching you within 200 feet — correct answer
- You are more than 100 feet from a driveway
Why
In a residential district the test is visibility and traffic: no vehicle approaching within 200 feet. (Section 6, U-turn.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
