Topic 7 · Insurance and Financial Responsibility
Nobody is hurt in your collision and the vehicles are blocking traffic. You should:
- Move your vehicle out of traffic and then call 911 — correct answer
- Leave everything exactly where it stopped until police arrive
- Call your insurer before moving anything
Why
If anyone is hurt you call 911 right away; if nobody is, you move the vehicle out of traffic first and then call. (Section 10, What to Do if You Are in a Collision.)
