On snow or ice, the best driving technique is to:
- Make all inputs gently and increase following distance significantly — correct answer
- Accelerate quickly to avoid getting stuck
- Brake suddenly to test road grip
Why
Every input — steering, braking, accelerating — must be gentle, because grip is minimal. Increase your following distance substantially.
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
