To avoid collisions at intersections, you should:
- Assume all drivers will obey their signals
- Never assume other drivers see you, even if you have the right-of-way — correct answer
- Always accelerate quickly through intersections
Why
Never assume you have been seen. Having the right of way does not stop a collision — confirming the other driver is yielding does.
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
