When sharing the road with pedestrians, you must:

- Expect them to stop for you
- Always yield to them at crossings, even if they are jaywalking — correct answer
Why
Yield to pedestrians at crossings whether or not the crosswalk is marked. Your right of way never outweighs their safety.
