What is the purpose of the provisional license restrictions?
- To help keep new teen drivers safe — correct answer
- To make driving inconvenient
- To make teens drive faster
Why
The riskiest conditions for a new driver are night driving and carrying other teenagers. The restrictions remove both while experience builds.
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
