When should you dim your high beam headlights?
- Within 500 feet of oncoming traffic or 300 feet behind a vehicle — correct answer
- Only in the rain
- Only on city streets
Why
Switch to low beams within 500 feet of a vehicle coming toward you and within 300 feet of one you are following. High beams blind other drivers at those distances.
Practise this in the real format
