When trying to get out of snow or mud, spinning the wheels:
- Is the fastest way to regain traction
- Should be avoided — correct answer
- Is recommended in reverse only
Why
The handbook repeats it twice: gently step on the accelerator and avoid spinning the wheels, both going forward and backing up. (Section 8, Stuck in Snow or Mud.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
