Who can refer a driver to the DMV for reexamination?
- Only a physician
- Only a law enforcement officer after a collision
- A physician, law enforcement or a family member, using the DS 699 form — correct answer
Why
A physician, law enforcement or a family member can submit a completed Request for Driver Reexamination (DS 699). (Section 12, Reexamination.)
Practise this in the real format
