A minor with three at-fault collisions or traffic convictions in the first year faces:
- Six months of suspension and one year of probation — correct answer
- Thirty days of supervised driving only
- A fine and traffic violator school
Why
The third step is a six-month suspension plus a year of probation, and any further collision or conviction during probation suspends the license again. Turning 18 does not erase restrictions, suspensions or probation. (Section 7, Maintaining Your Minor's Driver's License.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
