A red arrow at an intersection means:
- Stop and do not turn until a green light or green arrow appears — correct answer
- Stop, then turn when it is safe
- Turn only after yielding to oncoming traffic
Why
A red arrow means STOP, and unlike a solid red light it does not allow a turn. You must remain stopped until a green traffic signal light or a green arrow appears. (Section 7, Traffic Signals.)
Practise this in the real format
