It is illegal to smoke or vape in a vehicle if:
- The windows are open
- Anyone under 18 is present — correct answer
- The air conditioning is off
Why
Smoking or vaping in a vehicle is illegal whenever anyone under 18 is present, whether the vehicle is moving or stopped.
Practise this in the real format
