If a vehicle is stopped in a crosswalk, you should:
- Pass on the left
- Honk for them to move
- Do not pass; wait until the crosswalk is clear — correct answer
Why
Never pass a vehicle stopped at a crosswalk — it may be yielding to a pedestrian you cannot see from behind it.
