If you are under 21 and convicted of an alcohol or drug offense, what must you attend?
- A youth DUI program — correct answer
- An advanced driving school
- No programs are required
Why
A licensed DUI program is required, and for offenders under 21 that means the youth version. (Handbook, Section 9 — Drivers Under 21.)
