It is illegal to leave a child age 6 or younger in a vehicle unless:
- Supervised by someone at least 12 years old — correct answer
- The window is open
- The child is asleep
Why
A child 6 or younger may not be left in a vehicle unsupervised; someone at least 12 years old must be with them. Heat builds inside a closed car far faster than people expect.
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
