Traffic violator school for a one-point violation can be used:
- As many times as the judge allows
- Once per calendar year
- Once in any 18-month period — correct answer
Why
For a one-point violation the judge may offer traffic violator school, which keeps the citation from being reported to your insurance company although it stays on your record. It is available once in any 18-month period. (Section 7, Traffic Violator School.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
