When approaching a horse and rider on the road, you should:
- Honk to alert the rider
- Speed past quickly
- Slow down, give plenty of room, and do not honk — correct answer
Why
Slow right down, leave plenty of room and do not sound the horn. A horse startled by an engine or a horn is a danger to the rider and to you.
Practise this in the real format
