Topic 2 · Requirements and Process
You move within California. You must notify the DMV within:
- Thirty days
- Ten days — correct answer
- Sixty days
Why
Ten days, online or by mail, and it is your responsibility to keep the mailing address correct. (Section 4, Change Your Address.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
