A locked wheel skid is usually caused by:
- Accelerating on a wet surface
- Turning the wheel too slowly
- Braking too hard while going too fast — correct answer
Why
In a locked wheel skid the vehicle slides no matter which way the wheel is turned, and it comes from braking too hard at too high a speed. (Section 8, Locked Wheel Skids.)
Practise this in the real format
