A traffic violation committed in a work zone can carry a fine of:
- $1,000 or more — correct answer
- $100 to $250
- The same amount as anywhere else
Why
Fines for violations in a work zone can be $1,000 or more, and assaulting a highway worker carries fines of up to $2,000 and up to a year of imprisonment. (Section 7, Fines and Double Fine Zones.)
Practise this in the real format
