If someone is injured or killed in an accident, you must:
- Call your insurance company only
- Do nothing if you’re not at fault
- Call police and report within 24 hours if not already reported — correct answer
Why
You must report to law enforcement within 24 hours if anyone is injured or killed and they did not attend. Your insurer or legal representative can file it for you. (Handbook, Section 10.)
Practise this in the real format
